For the occasion, Roberto welcomes longtime friend and fellow chef Andrew Bachelier, chef and owner of Atelier Manna and Chick N’ Hawk. Together, they’ll create a special multi-course tasting menu shaped by their individual culinary perspectives, shared Southern California roots, and a spirit of creative freedom.
