Three of Mexico's Most Celebrated Chefs. One Extraordinary Evening.

This August, Valle proudly hosts La Singularidad de las Estrellas, the traditional Vendimia dinner presented by Valle de Guadalupe wineries La Lomita and Finca La Carrodilla. For one extraordinary evening, the annual celebration comes to Oceanside, bringing together acclaimed chefs, exceptional wines, and the spirit of Mexico's celebrated wine country.

Chef Roberto Alcocer is joined by Chef Edgar Núñez of the Michelin-starred Sud 777 in Mexico City and Chef Sheyla Alvarado of the Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star-awarded Lunario in Valle de Guadalupe. Both chefs have also been recognized among Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants, bringing together three of Mexico's most celebrated culinary voices for one extraordinary evening.

Each course will be paired with premium wines from La Lomita and Finca La Carrodilla, thoughtfully selected and presented by the wineries' winemaking team throughout the evening. With one seating and limited availability, La Singularidad de las Estrellas promises to be one of Valle's most anticipated dining experiences of the year.
