Tres Estrellas 3rd Anniversary

On October 11th, Valle celebrated its third anniversary with an extraordinary collaboration dinner led by Chef Roberto Alcocer. To mark this milestone, Chef Roberto was joined by Chef Johnny Curiel of MICHELIN-starred Alma Fonda Fina (Denver, CO) and Chef Oscar Torres of MICHELIN-starred Animalón (Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California) for a night of culinary excellence — TRES AÑOS, TRES CHEFS, TRES ESTRELLAS!

The three chefs crafted a six-course tasting menu showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients. Guests had the opportunity to elevate their experience with a special anniversary wine and tequila pairing, featuring award-winning wines from Valle de Guadalupe’s Monte Xanic and premium selections from Reserva de la Familia.
