Festival de Puebla
Valle welcomed guests for an evening centered on the flavors and traditions of Puebla, as Chef Roberto Alcocer hosted longtime friend Chef Daniel Romero for a one-night collaboration.
The multi-course tasting menu reflected the depth and character of Puebla’s cuisine, with each dish drawing from heritage while embracing a more contemporary point of view. An optional pairing featuring Tequila Reserva de la Familia accompanied the experience, selected to complement the progression of the menu.
The evening brought together culinary perspective, regional influence, and a shared approach to craft, offering a look into one of Mexico’s most celebrated gastronomic regions.
