Christmas at Valle 2025

During the holiday season, Valle Restaurant in Oceanside, California welcomed guests to celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with a special fine dining experience by Chef Roberto Alcocer.

The festive multi-course tasting menu was inspired by local ingredients, coastal flavors, and contemporary Mexican cuisine, reflecting Valle’s Baja influenced approach to seasonal dining. Guests gathered to enjoy a thoughtfully crafted holiday dinner that celebrated winter, connection, and the spirit of the season.

The experience took place in Valle’s MICHELIN starred dining room at Mission Pacific Hotel, featuring ocean views, curated wine selections, and a warm holiday atmosphere.
